- What is the cost of this service?
The cost is only $297/month. Compare that with all of the other newsletter services out there that cost from $500 - $1500/month and you'll find that this is the best deal anywhere around! (And the only one specifically for chiropractors and integrated medical providers.)
- Will you be sending this directly to the patients each month?
Yes. We will email them a PDF version of the newsletter for you each month as part of this service.
- How will you get my current patient list to send out the newsletters?
You can send us a current patient list via a spreadsheet template that we will provide to you. Our patient database is HIPAA compliant.
- Can I promote services that are being marketed by another company?
Yes, we will include a special tracking code in the ad to be able to track the leads that are generated from it. Readers will be able to text a special code to a phone number to inquire about a service. That will trigger an immediate notice to your salesperson to follow up with the patient about the service.
- What if I don’t like one of the articles?
The only way we are able to keep the price this low is to limit the number of changes that can be made to the newsletters. We will make one other article choice available for a replacement of an article that you really can’t live with. If that doesn’t work, we will not send out a newsletter for you that month and you will receive a credit for the following month’s newsletter (you don't have to pay for that month).
- How often are the ads changed out?
In order to keep prices as low as they are, we will run the same ads for 3 months before changing them out.
- What if I just want to change something small on the newsletter (including ads)?
We will allow small changes to be made for a minimal change fee of $47. Larger changes may not be possible, or may be charged at a higher fee. Changes may delay the delivery of your newsletter to your patients.
- Can we include a “letter from the doctor/owner” in the newsletter?
Sorry, it’s just not possible for us to provide custom work at this low price point. But we can refer you to a good custom newsletter service if that’s what you would like. They typically charge $1,200 - $1,500 per month for that service.
- Can I request specific articles for the newsletter?
We are always happy to take suggestions for newsletter topics, but these are intended to be appropriate to the widest possible audience of readers. We cannot guarantee that any suggested articles will be used in the newsletter. Please keep in mind that we are using these newsletters for a wide variety of chiropractic and integrated medical providers.
